For the Edison connoisseur, I am now offering my own custom-made silicone gaskets for use in rebuilding Edison phonograph reproducers. These gaskets are the result of years of work in finding the very best material and size for optimal sound reproduction. Most of the original gaskets were made of soft natural rubber or cork. Unfortunately, these materials age and degrade (especially natural rubber). My silicone gaskets are just the right size and softness, plus they will not degrade or alter with temperature changes.

Click on the links below to be taken to their respective ebay listings (or email me directly at banksmusicalantiques@aol.com). I have the following sizes currently available:

Gaskets for Cylinder Reproducers Models C and H

Gaskets for Diamond Disc Reproducers

New! Gaskets for Cylinder Reproducers Models Diamond A, B, & C

If you are not familiar with taking apart an Edison reproducer, I recommend having someone skilled in rebuilding reproducers replace the gaskets for you. Edison Diamond Disc reproducers can be especially difficult. Insist on new silicone gaskets!
